A fantastic opportunity to work with a company we have recruited for nearly 20 years. They are a welcoming, supportive and friendly team that operate from modern offices on the edge of Alton. The company has approximately 50 employees and is thriving.

The position is ideal if you have strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to managing sales orders and want to join a growing team. If you have experience supporting sales teams, creating quotes and seeing the process through from quote to shipping, this could be the ideal role for you!

Service Administrator Benefits and Package:

* Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00)

Main Service Administrator Responsibilities:

* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and prepare quotes

* Liaise with customers and regarding queries on quotes and then process sales orders

* Prepare invoices

* Deal with any shipping related queries and administration.

* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve strong customer relations

* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

* Take ownership of Customer issues and ensure that they are followed through to the customer’s satisfaction.

* Utilise parts databases (training provided)

The Ideal Service Administrator Will Have:

* Experience of processing sales orders or quotations

* Good organisational and time management skills

* Be able to work effectively in a team whilst meeting deadlines and prioritising own workload

* A confident outgoing personality and must enjoy working in a small friendly team

* Be flexible and have an adaptable approach to work with an ambition to develop and progress in the role

* Have good written and verbal communication skills

* Experience of technical part sales advantageous but not essential.

* Competent user of MS Word & Excel. Training will be provided on the in-house system.
