£28k-£32k Basic Salary + Pension

Location - Whiteley, Hampshire

Alecto Recruitment are proud to be working with an ever-expanding renewables company specialising in Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging systems across the UK!

They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team in Whiteley.

Job Summary:

Up to £28k-£32k salary + 25 days holiday, bank holidays & pension.
Daily tracking of contracts and projects.
Liase with the project delivery team, keeping stakeholders informed about the project's progression.
Build and develop the Project Management capability.
Oversee finance and contracts administration in cooperation with the Contracting and Procurement Manager.
Planning workloads, managing engineers/staff, scheduling works, organising sub-contractors, diary management.
Ensure all key project documents are version controlled and filed appropriately.
Office based in Whiteley.
Standard hours are 8am-5pm.What we are looking for:

Must have previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator type position.
Ideally experience in the Solar PV, Battery Storage or EV industry - however experience in a related construction, engineering, M&E or building services sector can be considered.
Full UK driving licence (no more than 3 points) is ideal
Can work successfully with a team
A keen eye for detail
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
