Job Description

We are seeking an assertive and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate a complex project rollout across 17 geographies including EMEA. This role requires the development of a comprehensive project plan in Jira, transitioning from the current use of Excel for task tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive project plan in Jira, transitioning from Excel task tracking.
Coordinate with multiple teams including development and data teams.
Manage backend processes to capture data, profile information, and link to unity and logic.
Map tasks against stakeholders, dates, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Align with existing country rollout plans and adjust as necessary.
Ensure readiness for a phased rollout starting in May 2025, prioritising countries based on impact and business risk.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Jira
Strong project management skills
Experience with roadmap development
Knowledge of web forms
IT background

Experience working across multiple geographies
Strong coordination and liaison skills
Ability to manage complex backend processes
Good understanding of stakeholder management
