The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students' social, emotional, and academic development. Working closely with staff, students, and families, you will:
* Build positive relationships to help students manage their behaviour and emotions.
* Support classroom learning and provide one-to-one or small group mentoring.
* Develop and implement personalised strategies to improve behaviour and engagement.
* Act as a role model, promoting self-confidence, resilience, and respect.
* Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.

* Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural needs or in alternative education settings.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a mentoring, youth work, or educational support role.
* Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and restorative practices.
* Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or social care
