Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at NHS Trust in CH2 1BQ!
Salary: £12 per hour (days), £15 per hour (nights and Saturdays), £18 per hour (Sundays and bank holidays)
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available (Days, Nights, Weekends)

Your Role:
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
* Providing personal care and support to patients
* Monitoring and recording vital signs
* Supporting patients with daily activities and rehabilitation
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A compassionate and patient-centered approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Medication Administration Training
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
