Plumber in Burnley - CV-Library

Our client, who is a local housing provider, is seeking a qualified plumber to become an integral part of their team.
Responsibilities of Plumber:
* Completing plumbing repairs at customers’ homes and empty properties.
* Ordering materials and managing stock.
* Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work.
* Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service.
* Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures.
* Maintaining a professional manner whilst completing repairs.
Essential Criteria for Plumber:
* City & Guilds or NVQ2 or equivalent in plumbing.
* Full driving licence.
* Experience of working in a customer focussed environment.
* Experience of working in the construction sector.
* Good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace.
* Willingness to carry out multiskilling in other trades.
Desirable Criteria for Plumber:
* Social housing experience.
* Working in a property maintenance environment.
* Ability to use a PDA or electronic job system.

Salary: From £16.00 per hour DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 36.25 hours per week
