Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, subcontractors, and installation teams, to ensure smooth delivery of engineering tasks.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation and commissioning, escalating significant concerns when necessary to ensure they are addressed promptly.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all WIC systems meet the required quality standards through rigorous testing, validation, and inspection during both qualification and installation phases.

Support to Project Management: Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure that engineering tasks are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

3+ years of experience in the engineering and installation of wrapping, insulation, and caulking systems, ideally within the nuclear or energy sectors.

Experience in qualification processes and the installation requirements for high-risk environments, such as nuclear or highly regulated industries.

Solution-oriented and self-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

Willingness to travel to the site as needed, with the role initially based at the SDC 3 or 4 days a week but transitioning to the construction site as the project progresses. Typically the teams spend a day a week working remotely, if the project requirements permit.
