Job Description

This role will involve supporting people in the local community to live independently at home and stay in the place they are familiar with and love. Salary: £26,956.80 plus mileage (Salary based on 40 hour contract)
Positions available: Full time, Part time, Weekends
Hours: Mornings with 7am starts and/or Evenings with 11pm finishes
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting people in the local community to live independently at home.
* Support customers with their day to day routine;
* Assisting with personal care such as showering, bathing, continence care
* Helping with mobility
* Administering medication,
* Preparing meals
* Light domestic tasks
* Companionship
* Individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan.
