Job Title: Aircraft Mechanical Fitter
Location: Shrewsbury
Duration: 12 Months (with potential for extension)
Clearance: BPSS clearance required to start, SC clearance to be obtained post-start

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanical Fitter to join a world-leading Aviation Organisation in Shrewsbury. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both Line and Base Maintenance of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the movement, assembly, and disassembly of aircraft as part of line and base maintenance activities.

* Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and procedures.

* Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of aircraft maintenance workflows.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Aircraft Mechanical Fitter or in a similar aviation maintenance role.

* BPSS clearance required to start (SC clearance will be obtained post-start).

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
