Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for general building and plant maintenance, with a focus on electrical installation requirements.

This is a day shift position. Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform routine electrical maintenance such as PAT & EICR's
Conduct electrical installations for lights, sockets, etc.
Carry out basic building maintenance including door hanging and windowpane replacement
Perform simple repairs to small plant equipment such as welding sets or hand grinders
Assist third-party inspectors with PSSR inspections (air receivers, etc.)
Conduct preventive maintenance checks
Facilities Maintenance Technician Requirements:

NAPIT or NICEIC certification
Knowledge/experience of basic electrical hand tools
Basic plumbing experience
Mechanical skills
Diagnostic skills
Basic pneumatic knowledge (airlines)
Ability to work well as a team member
Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures
Safety-conscious behaviour
