Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Product Support Engineer from an Electronics background to work in a growing business in West Yorkshire! The Product Support Engineer works within a small team of multi-disciplinary engineers dealing with electronic products.
As a Product Support Engineer, you’ll be involved in pre-sales and post-sales support, making sure customers receive exceptional support with their electronics products. Previous experience working as a Technical Support Engineer in an electronics manufacturing company is required for this role.
Product Support Engineer requirements
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Electronics
Previous experience in a Technical/Customer/Product Support role
Strong Electronics technical knowledge
Experience with electronic equipment – multi-meters, oscilloscopes etc
Validation and test knowledge
