My client specialise in delivering high-quality projects within the Conservation, Commercial Education and Residential sectors, and are looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join the practice, due to exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Collaborate with project architects to develop design solutions that align with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Ensure projects comply with building regulations, codes, and other relevant standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all project stages.Key skills for this Architectural Technologist role:

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-disciplinary practice.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of SketchUp and other 3D modeling software is a plus.
Strong understanding of building technology, construction methods, and building regulations.Why join?
