Salary: €32,500 - €35,000 DOE
Location: Co. Monaghan
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 - 18:00
Overtime: Available when required
Probation Period: 6 months

As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in the production of custom joinery components, working within a company committed to craftsmanship, precision, and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinery to produce custom wood components to exacting specifications
Perform maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
Interpret joinery blueprints, understanding the nuances of custom woodwork production
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring the highest standards
Collaborate with team members on process improvements for efficiencyRequirements

Proven experience in CNC operation, preferably in a joinery environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specific to bespoke joinery
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanshipThis role offers consistent weekday hours, a solid starting salary, and the chance to work with a dedicated team in bespoke joinery, providing excellent opportunities to develop your expertise in CNC operations.
