Electrical Assembly Technician in Barnsley - CV-Library

My client in the Hoyland area of Barnsley are looking for x 2 Electrical Assembly Operatives.

Duties of the Role:

The role is to undertake the assembly and testing of various components to the completion and testing of company products.

Responsibilities:

· Soldering of various electronic assemblies including hand placement and soldering

at component level on PCBs.

· Preparing panel enclosure for final assembly including drilling operation.

· Final panel assembly and test.

· Keeping work area clean and tidy.

· Following all company quality procedures and practices.

Essential Skills

· Practical experience of electronic assembly techniques and components.

· Soldering experience and component level (hand soldering).

· Practical experience of mechanical assembly using both hand tools and power tool

· Practical experience of panel wiring and testing.

· Comfortable in the handling of sealants and adhesives.

· Understanding of manufacturing processes.

· Willingness to learn.

· Excellent attention to detail.
