HCPC Registered Dietitian
Location: Midlands
Contract Length: Fixed term, 12 months.
Salary: up to 42k
Full time, on site.
Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting a HCPC Registered Dietitian in the Midlands to provide a specialist dietetic service to inpatients.
You will act as a source of expertise on the dietary management of eating disorders to the multi-disciplinary team, community health professionals and others involved in the care of patients suffering with an eating disorder.
Role Responsibilities:
Undertake assessments of individual patients' diets and lifestyle to formulate treatment plans - Assessment will include interpretation of anthropometric, biochemical and clinical indicators, weight history and dietary analysis.
Be mindful of patients at high psychiatric risk and liaise with the multi-disciplinary team regarding the management of these patients.
Provide advice to patients with emotional, physical and psychological difficulties.
Provide dietary advice to patient's families to enable them to help in manage leave breaks from the unit.Essential Requirements:
Must be a Registered Dietitian with HCPC certification.
Must have experience in eating disorders
