Calling all licensing Officers!

An Essex based auhtority are looking for their next Licensing Officer.

For this role, you'll be required to have experience in:

The Licensing Act 2003
Enforcing licensing conditions.
Processing various licenceapplications, permits and registrations etc.
Knowledge of the Gambling Act 2005
Ability to give evidence in court arising from prosecutions and appeals relating to the Council's licensing functions.
