Salary: £19,899 Per Annum + Excellent Benefits 

Hours: Full Time - Days

Shifts: 33.45 Hours

HCR has partnered with a well-established dedicated care provider who cares for elderly residents around the clock. We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their restful, snug Nursing Home

They are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join their comforting and homely furnished care home, where they promote and encourage independent living, providing a level of support in everyday tasks to achieve and maintain a level of independence for their residents.

The Healthcare Assistant must be naturally caring, compassionate and have a passion for working with the elderly.

Healthcare Assistant Duties:

To safely administer medication 

Accurately documenting records and updating care plans

The Healthcare Assistant must give a clear and precise handover report daily

Must have excellent communication skills, empathy and understanding of person-centred care

Healthcare Assistant requirements:

The Healthcare Assistant must have experience working with the elderly

The Healthcare Assistant will NOT require sponsorship

The Healthcare Assistant will have experience working in Nursing Homes
