Switchboard Operator - Nights in Brighton - CV-Library

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Switchboard Operator- Nights The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering all incoming and internal calls in a responsive and professional manner.
Ensure that requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and carry out all processes and procedures related to Switchboard Services, including operating Emergency Procedures.

About the Role: 

Answer all incoming and internal calls to the Trust in a responsive and professional manner
Ensure that requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
Operate Emergency Procedures, including Cardiac Arrest, Fire, and Major Incident Plan
Adhere to all processes and procedures related to Switchboard Services
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during emergency situationAbout You: 

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Knowledge of Emergency Procedures is a plus
Strong customer service skills
The hours for this role at 10pm till 8am
