Scaffolder - Birmingham -  £24.42

VGC Group are looking for experienced Scaffolder to start on a project in Birmingham. This contract is available to start on 18/11/2024 and we can offer up to 2 years worth of work to a successful candidate.

Scaffolder experience

Your role as a Scaffolder will be based in Birmingham and will consist of:

Assemble scaffolding according to project specifications and safety regulations.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures, including metal pipes, wooden planks, and other materials.
Use hand and power tools to connect scaffolding components securely.
Implement safety measures such as guardrails, toe boards, and safety nets.
Plan scaffolding layout and placement to accommodate project requirements.
Ensure scaffolding can support the weight of workers, materials, and equipment safely.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Based in Birmingham remuneration for this role is £24.42 per hour, you will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
