Our Client:
Is an institution in the Northwest’s Hospitality/Hotel Industry. Over the years they have had some very familiar faces stat at their property and their name is synonymous with quality, value for money and attention to detail. With an impressive range of rooms, suites and facilities, they now wish to appoint an experienced and customer focused General Manager to manager the overall day to day operations of their award-winning establishment.

Job Overview
To assume full operational responsibility for the performance of the hotel across all departments and to assume full responsibility for the overall reputation management of the hotel and its profitability. To sustain its place in the industry and to further attract new guests across all events, functions and dining/entertaining.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous demonstrable experience in Hotel Management at the property graded at 4 Star or above.
• The ability to work with Hotel directors to manage the profitability of the business and its fine reputation
• The ability to manage, recruit and retain key staff
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of various departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, and implementing operational procedures.
• Monitoring occupancy levels, revenue, and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Resolving guest complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• A confident networker to promote the area and hotel within that area as a “go to” destination
