Based in LN6, Working 8hr shift pattern between 6am and 10pm, 5 days a week including some weekends, £11.44p/hr

Duties

Provide non-emergency ambulance transport to service users who need assistance getting to their hospital appointments/treatments
First point of contact for inbound calls
Checking eligibility of service users
Entering details onto the system
Requirement

Enhanced DBS
Attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
