Speech and Language Therapist

Permanent role based in Hampshire
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Our well established client are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage and co-ordinates the implementation of individual treatment plans for speech and language therapy services ensuring treatments, activities and interventions are delivered through effective application and communication. 
Receive and respond promptly to referrals undertaking assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs before planning and delivering the appropriate and relevant interventions on and individual or group basis. 
Maintain accurate and timely records detailing each patient’s rehabilitation / progress. 
Maintain effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers, and purchasers throughout the patients rehabilitation.
Provide written and verbal reports as appropriate, enabling all parties involved to fully understand the nature of the persons' communication and swallowing disorders.Qualifications & Experience:

HCPC registered
Full RCSLT membership 
Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
