Are you ready to be the warm, welcoming face of a luxury hotel? Our client, a renowned 5-star property in the beautiful north east of Scotland, is seeking a Front of House Porter to deliver a five-star guest experience.

The Role - Front of House Porter
Salary - £24,000
Location - Aberdeen
Hours - 40 hours per week, 7am - 3pm / 2pm - 10pm

The Front of House Porter plays a vital role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. As the first point of contact, you'll greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for their stay. You'll be responsible for anticipating guest needs, ensuring all guests receive personalised attention, and assisting those who require extra support. Your role involves coordinating with various departments to guarantee seamless service, handling reservations, and preparing function spaces to the highest standard. Additionally, you'll assist with luggage, room service, and escorting guests to dining and bar areas, offering local insights and information to help them make the most of their visit. This position is ideal for a proactive, personable individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, friendly welcome and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay.
* Cater to the needs of all guests, ensuring personalised service.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure reservations and function details are in place.
* Assist with room service delivery, luggage, and other guest needs.
* Set up meeting rooms and function spaces for events.
* Share information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
