About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our client's team in a school setting, supporting children and young people aged 4-19 with autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours. Provide speech and language therapy to students with complex needs, both individually and in groups.
Collaborate with teaching teams and behaviour analysts to integrate speech and language interventions across the curriculum.
Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and evaluate outcomes.
Support the use of AAC systems and contribute to behaviour support and transition plans.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reporting and annual reviews.Requirements:

HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
Experience working with children and young people with autism and complex communication needs.
Strong knowledge of AAC, speech and language assessments, and evidence-based interventions.
