Evolve is recruiting for a leading medical device organisation that specialise in all things Laparoscopy.
Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a recent graduate to join their sales team as a Graduate Medical Sales Representative, to conduct product evaluations, as well as promote and grow sales of their innovative Laparoscopic products across the M4 Corridor (Bristol, across to Slough, down to the South Coast).
Ideal candidates will be based in Reading, Swindon, Bristol, Oxfordshire areas. (Cardiff will not be considered.)
You will be working with Surgeons and Theatre Managers based in operating theatres in both NHS and private hospitals, so attendance in live surgery is required.
This role will pay circa £27,500 DOE and offers excellent progression opportunities further down the line. You will also receive a great benefits package including car and fuel allowance, bonus scheme, and pension!
Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Recent graduate in a scientific subject.
* Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
* Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
* Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
* Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative
* High level involvement in evaluation setup, process and everyday procedures and conclusions.
* Recommendations on implementations.
* Work closely with Theatre Managers and Procurement with implementation of products.
* Work closely with Theatre Managers to avoid evaluation pitfalls.
* Rapport builder with theatre staff, including Surgeons, ODPs, Theatre Managers, Procurement.
* Liaise with National Sales Manager on Account progress.
* Report writing and input data into CRM system.
