We are looking to recruit a Paralegal Trainee.

The role is paying £18.97 per hour umbrella.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week.

About the role -

* To assist solicitors in proceedings on behalf of the Council and attend and sit behind Counsel in courts, inquiries and tribunals in all areas of the Council's work.

* Under supervision, to prepare legal documentation and to have care and conduct of legal transactions allocated to them.

* To undertake administrative duties to support the solicitors and other legal practitioners to provide proficient and professional legal services to clients within the Council and externally, which includes undertaking general office administration, including preparation of court bundles, photocopying, faxing, answering telephones and providing office cover and support
