Our prestigious client based in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire are looking for x2 Regional Courier Engagement Coordinators to start immediately.

Main responsibilities ;

Onboarding new recruits

Courier engagement ,retention & welfare

Tour coverage planning

Continuous Improvement

Skills & Experiences ;

Great interpersonal skills

Good organiser, especially under pressure

Good communicator

Technical proficiency, including Microsoft office, excel,outlook and Microsoft Teams

The standard working week will be Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with overtime accrued after 40 hours worked.

Candidates must be flexible and cover other regional branches as and when required.
