Project Manager/Contracts Manager –(RESIN) Industrial & Commercial Floor Coatings

Location: ESSEX & LONDON

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Contracts Manager to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will manage and deliver multiple resin flooring projects, ensuring quality, budget compliance, and timely completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to meet and exceed all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contract Oversight: Manage all aspects of contracts from initiation to project delivery.

* Client Management: Act as the main client contact for all contract-related matters, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.

* Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual, environmental, health, safety, and CDM 2015 regulations.

* Project Coordination: Work with the on-site team to plan project activities, manage schedules, and allocate resources.

* Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.

* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks within contracts.

* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all contract documents and communications.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Experience: Demonstrated experience in contract management within the industrial or commercial sector; experience with floor coatings is an advantage.

* Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of contract law, project management methodologies, and industry standards.

* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in contract management, construction management, or a related field (e.g., RICS, APM).
