An Employee Relations Lead role has become available in a fast paced Facilities Management business in Leeds, which entails providing expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters including complex ER casework, TUPE. The successful candidate will have an influential role within the Human Resources Department, driving the ER strategy and policy whilst managing a small team of 3.

Description
Provide expert advice and guidance on complex ER issues.
Managing TUPE IN and Out
Ensure ER policies and procedures are compliant with UK employment law.
Manage and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
Collaborate with the wider HR team on strategic projects.
Implement training and development programmes for ER matters.
Report on ER trends and recommend improvements.
Manage and motivate a team of ER Advisors x 3Profile
A successful ER Manager you should have:
A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - ideally
managed complex ER casework and TUPE
Substantial experience in Employee Relations within the Business Services industry.
A thorough understanding of UK employment law.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A proven track record of managing and resolving complex ER issues.Job Offer
Salary £40-48k per annum
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
