Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join our scientific client based in Swindon SN3.
Up to £26,000 per annum DOE
Day shift: Mon- Friday
Paid breaks
25-day holiday + statutory 
About the job
Assist the microbiology unit with day-to-day tasks to ensure customer and department requirements are met to a high standard.
Update and maintain detailed records of actions carried out whilst upholding high standards with laboratory and QA procedures.
Cleaning and washing of Laboratory glassware, test rooms and cleanrooms.
Maintaining and operating a variety of equipment such as autoclaves, monitoring systems and other equipment used to carry out duties.
The right candidate
Have a strong understanding of microbiology techniques/EUGMP.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a laboratory environment.
Preferred: Degree in science based subjected
