Assistant Hotel General Manager, 5* Hotel, Fort Williams Scotland, £38k + accommodation
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Hotel General Manager to join this award winning, luxury 5* hotel near Fort William, Scotland.
This truly stunning hotel has 17 bedrooms as well as an additional 9 rooms located across the grounds with incredible views over the surrounding countryside. With a Michelin star fine dining restaurant onsite as well as accommodating weddings and events, this is an incredible venue.
As the Assistant Hotel General Manager, you will be
* Working alongside the Hotel General Manager to provide a first class service to guests
* Ensuring operational and financial targets are achieved
* Hands on in all areas when required

Our ideal candidate would be
* an experienced Assistant Hotel General Manager in a similar role and environment
* experienced within a small luxury 5* hotel (essential)
* able to lead and manage a team
* hands on and lead by example
* exceptional with customer service skills and attention to detail
* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
