Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a predominantly fast-track caseload of Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability cases, handling a diverse range of work types and providing high-quality legal representation.

* Demonstrate proficiency in handling litigated matters.

* Access a portfolio of high-quality work from non-Claims Management Company (CMC) sources.

Requirements:

* Possess a minimum of 2 years PQE/equivalent in handling litigated OL/PL files

* Demonstrate competence and confidence in managing litigated matters.

* Exhibit a passion for handling legal cases and a genuine desire to assist clients in obtaining optimal results.

* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advocate for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
