Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Land Manager / Land Manager to join our client's team. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage land acquisition, planning and development projects from inception to completion

- Conduct research to identify potential development opportunities

- Liaise with stakeholders such as landowners, local authorities and planning departments

- Prepare planning applications and negotiate with relevant authorities

- Manage project budgets and timelines

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and clients on land and planning matters

Requirements:

- HND in Land/Planning or relevant qualification

- Relevant experience in land acquisition, planning and development

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage budgets and timelines

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
