Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of schedulers, driving the coordination of fire and security system maintenance, repairs, and emergency call-outs. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Who you are
We are seeking an ideal candidate who is an experienced people leader and passionate advocate for performance management, preferably within the fire and security service industry or similar.
