Job Description

Join Our Team

Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking for a role that offers both a challenge and the opportunity to make a difference?

At McLaren Packaging we have a truly exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing manager to join our proud, independent, high growth business, manufacturing sustainable paper-based packaging across Central Scotland.

We love what we do! We’re packaging geeks, and we're passionate about everything we produce. We use this to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers.

We have a strong focus on investment and having grown significantly in the last few years, we’re now looking for an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager ready to apply their expertise in marketing strategy and execution to support future growth.

Moving forward we see exciting opportunities to continue this growth both through acquisition and organic investment, allowing us to grow with our existing customers, and target new customers and sectors with our increased capacity and breadth of product offering. Our customer base means we supply into the UK and Ireland, although our packaging finds its way into global markets. In this growth journey we always make sure we are ‘walking the talk’ with respect to sustainability via our “Sustainable. For Life” positioning.

If you want to join a business where you'll have the chance to make a role your own, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
