The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment is delighted to partner with an international client to find a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service and Sales team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the Sales Team to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and completing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in a shared inbox.
Coordinate product samples for both new and returning customers.
Source and deliver competitive quotations, providing expert guidance on product suitability.
Forward successful leads and accepted quotes to the sales team to initiate orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts in the internal database.
Oversee stock levels to meet customer needs.
Prepare and share performance reports for senior management.
Provide additional administrative support to the Sales Manager and the Customer Service & Sales Support team during peak times.
