This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders to help develop the payroll function. You will need access to your own vehicle and be able to travel as required, although the role is largely hybrid.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and pension compliance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ideally hold a recognised payroll qualification.
