Role Summary

As the Maternity Cover Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various areas of the business, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play a key role in supporting the daily activities of our architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist the team with document management, scheduling, filing, and handling phone calls and emails.
Client Liaison: Manage client communications, answer inquiries, and coordinate appointments.
Project Assistance: Provide support with project documentation, data entry, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage meeting room bookings, and ensure the office environment is well-organized.
Finance Support: Assist with invoicing, expenses, and financial documentation as needed.
Other Duties: Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the architecture, construction, or design sector.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional, and proactive with a positive attitude toward work.
