Job Description
We are recruiting for a Permanent French speaking Technical Support agent for a company based in Newark.
This role does offer remote working subject to a stable internet connection and suitable work station at home, or you can work in the modern offices here in Newark. If you are based out of the area and unable to do your training in the office we do look for people with similar experience from a previous role.

This role is based on shift and roughly follows a monthly rota. Shifts are 8.5h with 30 min unpaid lunch and shifts can be anything within 5.30am-10pm. Typically it works in the patterns of early/mid/mid/late but may depends on the business needs. There is a weekend shift every 2 weeks. Weekend working hours are between 7am-7pm.
Role
· Providing 1st line technical support for a range of key clients in French and English
· Logging all incidents on relevant CRM and software systems
· Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
· Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
· Providing excellent levels of customer service and support
· Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc
· Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within SLA
· Collection of feedback from end users via outbound calls, when required
Skills / Experience
· Fluent in French and English Written and Spoken
· Problem solving and keen attention to detail
· Driven to deliver high levels of Customer Service
· Flexible approach to working hours
· Clear telephone manner
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Experience of working within a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk environment would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
Salary increase with additional supported languages (Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian) - 1 Supported Language £24,800, 2 supported languages £25,300, 3 Supported Languages £25,800.
£1000 increase to salary once probation passed at 6months
28 days of holiday + an extra day off for their birthday. The holiday entitlement is increasing with a length of the service – a day per year up to 5 days.
