About your role of Consultant in Public Health:

Support the wider Public Health team on a number of different portfolios, as mentioned above.
Working alongside the Director of public health to improve the health and wellbeing of the population.
Management of falls prevention budget and various, suicide prevention and various other mental health funds.
You will hold a senior leadership role within the council, offering strategic direction. 

About you as a Consultant in Public Health:

UK PHR Registrar- Active or receiving within 6/12 months
Experience within a local authority Public Health senior position
Expertise and experience within population mental health, learning disabilities and older people
