What You'll Do:
Lead food production and delivery for a variety of exciting events
Collaborate with Senior Head Chefs to plan and execute outstanding menus
Supervise and develop a talented team of chefs, porters, and agency staff
Maintain high food safety and quality standards
Manage costs, wastage, and labour to keep within budgetWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role
NVQ Level 3 or City Guilds 7062 qualification
Intermediate hygiene certification
Strong leadership skills with a passion for food
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
