Community Nurse Band 5 in Chelmsford - CV-Library

Location: Essex & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 16:00/30 PM
Pay Rate: £19-£22 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Applicants must have experience working within a Community Nursing Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care to service users within their homes, including assessments, care planning, wound care, Catheter Care, Palliative Care, Insulin Management etc

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users physical health needs.

• Provide professional nursing assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.

• Manage a caseload, adhering to prison protocols and procedures.

• Maintain a high standard of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and the custody, storage, and administration of drugs.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Current RGN qualification with active registration.
• Expereince working within commnuity nursing / district nursing teams.
• Access to a car
• Ability to work independently.
