Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to provide support to the Procurement department and to support the Procurement Manager in achieving business objectives. This role also require that the candidate become a super user for our internal systems. (IFS)

Key Responsibilities

•    Processing purchase orders.

•    Setting up new suppliers 

•    Resolving invoice & delivery queries.

•    Progressing material orders.

•    Receiving and dealing with external calls 

•    General office duties

•    Attending training workshops

•    Supporting colleagues embed into new system

•    Maintaining and developing training documentation 

•    Confidently deliver one on one and virtual assistance upon system go-live

•    Logging issues, complaints and defaults and reporting back

•    Testing the new system, based on defined scenarios 

•    Collaborating with different departments to find new efficiencies

Skills and Experience

•    Ability to follow Procurement Processes 

•    Good IT skills including Word and Excel, experience in various ERP systems preferred 

•    Able to communicate effectively at all levels, confidently deliver one on one training

•    Able to manage internal customer relationships

•    Able to self-motivate

•    Has well-developed problem-solving skills

•    Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Specific Qualifications

•    Clean driving license and own transport – travel to other offices may be required

•    Previous experience within a busy office environment
