Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Devon

Salary: £42k-£45k

Hours: 40hrs, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

* Leading internal and external audits, ensuring site is compliant with third party standards.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, maintaining relevant documentation.

* Conducting supplier approval & visiting sites for audit.

* Raising non-conformance and ensuring full traceability exercises are taken, manage complaints, carrying out relevant investigations and root cause analysis.

* Lead HACCP team, training and developing factory workers on food safety/hygiene legislation.

The Candidate:

* Lead auditor to BRC standards

* Previous experience in a quality assurance role

* HACCP level 3, Food Safety level 3
