Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer

We seek a talented Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will participate in the design and delivery of new energy projects, collaborating with the wider team. Key responsibilities include:

* Designing hydronic systems and performing system calculations

* Undertaking hydraulic and thermal modeling using software

* Assisting in the design of low carbon energy systems, heat networks, controls, and more

* Producing drawings, reports, and specifications

* Surveying and evaluating existing building energy systems

* Helping with feasibility assessments

We seek an enthusiastic graduate with excellent energy engineering design, technical, and software skills. You should have a keen interest in energy engineering systems and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Building Services, or Energy Engineering

* Highly numerate with understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics

* Desirable: Heat and utility networks experience

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and construction software

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
