Working alongside the residential and property teams, you will be assisting in the post completion processes, managing lender relationships. This is an administration position, it would be desirable for candidates to have some property experience, but not essential. We are lookign for high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple files and tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines. You will monitor the Post Completion processes at Taylor Rose, by completing regular reports and assessing data on a daily basis.
We work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. Due to the nature of this position, it is fully office based.
This role involves but is not limited to:
* Updating files with notes, dates and evidence of the Post Completion process.
* Responsible for making enquiries with the Land Registry, checking the progress of applications including requisitions and cancellations.
* Responsible for updating the Case Management System with the current status of Land Registry applications and ensuring dates are correctly documented in the files.
* Monitoring the Post Completion process via regular reports. These reports are run daily, weekly and monthly.
* Liaising with Fee Earners regarding the Post Completion process and raising any common issues with them.
* Documenting common issues.
* Replying to emails and answering phone calls.
* General administrative duties including, photocopying, filing and printing.
Requirements:
* Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of the post completion process
* Competent in Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Confident and professional at verbal and written communication
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
