Business Administrator

Aberdeen - Marywell

£25,000 - £28,000 + Monday - Friday + Training + Sick pay + Onsite parking

Do you have a background in business support or administration, seeking a new opportunity within a dynamic team offering internal training and support to aid your development?

This varied role involves managing paperwork for incoming and outgoing goods, updating the Sales/PO Tracker, and informing clients about order changes. You will be processing purchase orders on, maintaining client accounts, and providing general admin support.

This role would suit someone with a background in business support or administration within an Engineering or Industrial sector looking to join an 8-4:30 role, no shifts, no weekends.

The Role

Documentation and Tracking, Generate and maintain necessary documentation for goods receivables and deliveries
Procurement and Vendor Management, Process purchase requisitions and POs using Sage 50, manage vendor accounts
General Business Support: Provide administrative support, including sorting mail, monitoring supplies, and assisting with documentationThe Person
