Job Description

Join Our Team and Make a Difference!

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives? The Home Delivery Services team at Essity is at the forefront of ensuring timely delivery of TENA® products to hundreds of thousands of patients. We support NHS deliveries in the UK and municipal contracts in Denmark, with potential expansion to other markets.

About the Role

As a Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Home Delivery Product team, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT developers to ensure seamless daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing sensitive patient data and overseeing the data flow between our web front-end and SAP systems. You will play a crucial role in continuously improving our systems and processes to meet business and customer needs.

This is a hybrid role which can be performed from either of our offices in Dunstable or Willerby (Hull).

We seek individuals who embody our values, are unafraid to challenge the status quo, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are innovative, experimental, and always looking for ways to improve, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do

* Primary Contact: Serve as the go-to expert for Account Handlers, Key Users, and IT developers regarding customer and patient data.

* Data Management: Oversee customer and patient data throughout its lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and complex data migrations.

* Security Champion: Ensure the security and integrity of patient data from design to implementation.

* Monitor and Improve: Oversee data flows between HD and SAP environments, diagnose and escalate issues, propose improvements, and drive changes.

* Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including verifying service provider execution of backups and patching.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Assess the effectiveness of current solutions and identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are

* Educational Background: Degree in Business, IT, or related fields.

* Experience: Background in the Health & Medical sector with a strong understanding of personal data governance.

* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on high-quality task completion.

* Ownership: Enjoy taking on complex tasks and seeing them through to completion under tight deadlines.

* Technical Expertise: Understanding of database design and experience with SQL for data manipulation and migration. Knowledge of SAP Master Data and Order to Cash processes is a plus.

What We Offer

At Essity, our purpose is “Breaking Barriers to Well-being.” We offer you the chance to improve people’s well-being and drive positive change for society and the environment. As an Essity employee, you will be valued, supported to grow, and challenged to achieve business results in a collaborative and open atmosphere.
