Project Manager - Smart Home - Ideally Slough, Oxford, Reading area

Zitko is delighted to be partnering with this industry leader in Fire, Security and Smart technology working with residential, retail and commercial contracts/projects. 

This role would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships to manage multiple on-going projects up to the value of c£2m.

To manage multiple installations ranging from £5k to £2m
To take responsibility for the full project management life cycle including client liaison, estimating, engineering solutions, procurement and resourcing.
To be responsible for delivering both high quality installations / projects whilst achieving commercial objectives including delivering the project on budget. 
To ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly and delivered in line with client expectations.
To perform risk management to reduce potential risks
Package £50,000 to £55,000 plus car allowance

Technical knowledge within the audio visual and home automation industry, with the willingness to learn Fire and Security technology, together with management of internal engineers and subcontractors/meetings and constant communication daily to sites.
