Steel Fixer in Skelmersdale - CV-Library

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Steel Fixer on behalf of our client based in Skelmersdale, WN8 AREA.

Responsibilities:

* Reading and interpreting complex drawings to determine the type and dimensions of steel required

* Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, welding, bolting or otherwise assembling and joining together various types of metals and alloys

* Working with concrete and construction materials

* Operating welding equipment to fuse metal segments

* Inspecting completed work for conformance to blueprint specifications and quality standards

* Clipping, wiring or welding structural steel materials into place

Skills:

* Previous experience in construction and factory settings

* Previous experience working with concrete

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 07:00AM to 17:00PM

Payrate: £16 Per Hour.
